Analyze technical documents, journals, and publications to gather relevant information.
Standard Interpretation:
Interpret and understand automotive standards and regulations, both domestic and international.
Translate technical jargon from standards into clear, actionable requirements for the research and development team.

Requirement Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input on project goals and objectives.
Develop clear and concise technical requirements based on industry standards and company objectives.
Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and report format outlining requirements derived from automotive standards.
Maintain accurate records of research findings and communicate them effectively within the team.
Author technical papers from time to time encompassing the research & development being done at the organization

Collaboration:

Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure alignment between research findings, standards, and project goals.
Participate in team meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to the overall success of projects.

Quality Assurance:

Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Perform regular reviews of project documentation to verify alignment with established standards.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Knowledge of ISO, SAE, AIS and other relevant automotive standards.
Experience with Automotive Data Logging and Diagnostics, ECU Testing and Validation, CAN Bus Network
